The CCC Convention goes into its next round
On the 8th of October 2015, CCC will welcome its guests in Berlin to the 18th edition of the international Business Event about current trends in Customer Care.
This year´s CCC Convention on the 8th of October in Berlin is going to be “emotional”.
“Empathy and Emotional Connection: smart, interactive and empathic international business stories”- under this title international speakers will present innovative business solutions and the basis for discussion about the meaning of emotions and empathy in the business context.
