Commenting on the announcement, Cuvva founder, Freddy Macnamara said: “We’re really excited to welcome Serge to the team. His extensive industry knowledge and varied experience will be a key part of our future growth”
Serge Corel commented: “After more than two decades in the industry, I’m eager to join the insurtech movement and help Cuvva challenge the way insurance products are built and sold.”
Insurtech players are gaining traction as they simplify the complexities around insurance with the use of technology.
Cuvva is an app-based insurance provider that enables its customers to purchase comprehensive short-term motor and single trip travel insurance directly from their phone, in as little as a few seconds.
