Partnership creates seamless electronic loan application & processing, complete with eSignatures
IMM, a provider of eTransaction automation modernised companies, announced that its eSignature capabilities are fully integrated with CU Direct’s Lending 360 loan origination and account enrollment platform.
Rivermark Community Credit Union has partnered with IMM for eSignatures for 16 years now. The $741 million-asset credit union decided to move all consumer loan origination processing to the Lending 360 platform and wanted to maintain its IMM eSignature experience during this transition. Gayle Rust Gustafson, its vice president of lending, explained, “Being known for ease and convenience is essential to Rivermark, and our loan experience fulfills that for members. We recommend our members eSign for loans, whether they are completing documents in-branch or remotely. Most of our loans today are done via eSignature, enabling members to sign for a loan wherever they are, without having to drive to a branch.”
Recognized as a loan origination system (LOS), Lending 360 offers a unique user experience for both employees and credit union members, creating a swifter, more practical loan process. The system offers a powerful and configurable workflow engine, providing credit unions with a single platform that effectively supports application processing activity across all consumer lending channels. Integrating IMM’s eSignature technology expands the platform’s connectivity to third parties in support of more streamlined origination, underwriting, processing and disbursement. The partnership also provides an additional integration point for IMM credit unions to take advantage of its eSignature technology for in-person and remote signing events.
