Inspiring Customer Service – The CCC Convention 2016
On Thursday, October 6, 2016, the 19th CCC Convention will take place.
After events in Paris and Berlin, this year the Convention will again take place at Studio 44 in Vienna.
The topic will be “Inspiring Customer Service – Discover great European success stories about amazing products and services”. International companies are going to present successful businesses and exceptional customer service models.
Among the invited speakers are international experts from France, Germany, Poland, Switzerland and Canada, representing the e-commerce, retail and travel/tourism industries.
