John Biggs, former editor of Gizmodo and TechCrunch, has signed on as editor-in-chief of Poland-based startup news site, ImpactCEE News, a platform where one can find the most important information about the CEE startup ecosystem.
John and his team of writers will dig deep to present the innovative solutions, new technologies, and cutting-edge business ideas from the CEE region.
“Our main goal is to be a part of the ecosystem that opens a window on this part of the world. We want to write about not only things that matter now, but the ones that will matter in the future“, said John Biggs.
ImpactCEE News will be a knowledge platform about start-ups, venture capital funds, and other organizations shaping the market in CEE region.
What matters for us is a high quality content. Our team of writers not only have deep backgrounds in writing and engineering but they are truly excited about startups. We will be able to provide the reader with fresh content on a daily basis, says Biggs.
Biggs decided to choose CEE region because he loves Central Europe.
“I love its history. I love its heart. It breeds innovation, growth, and change. The so-called Visegrad Group has become a source of great innovation, of forward momentum, and amazing ideas“, he said.
