Lexmark will demonstrate its new Mobile Onboarding software solution between 13:00 and 14:20 on the main stage, as well as exhibit in the solutions showcase room.
Lexmark’s Mobile Onboarding solution features advanced mobile capture capabilities which turn smartphones into information capture devices to allow for more streamlined onboarding processes within retail banks. The solution demonstration will highlight a significant enhancement that guides the bank customer along the new account application process with instructions via an integrated natural language.
Lexmark’s Mobile Onboarding solution reduces process complexity, improves customer experience, shortens process time and minimises attrition by offering a frictionless mobile onboarding process. This process is driven by automated data recognition technology that captures relevant information from passports, IDs and driver licenses. The solution then corrects any errors or exceptions, and enables a virtual collaboration session to eSign the application in real time.
This innovative software combines the speed and convenience of mobile capture with the security and confidentiality of a traditional branch to solve a number of key challenges that retail banks face when on-boarding new customers. It also addresses pain points felt by today’s consumers who expect ease-of-use, intuitive self-service and quick response through all processes.
