Alderbrooke Appoints Former Vice President, Workforce Analytics at IBM, Jonathan Ferrar

Alderbrooke, the human capital consultancy, has today announced the appointment of Jonathan Ferrar, the globally respected HR strategy and workforce analytics expert,as a Board Advisor in London.

A leading influencer in the world on HR issues, Jonathan is an authority on the future of work. He will strategically support Alderbrooke on its behavioral and cultural analysis capabilities.

Jonathan has 25 years of experience, most recently in a succession of roles at IBM. He was listed on LinkedIn as a “Top HR Analytics Influencer” in 2014, as one of “15 HR and People Analytics Experts to follow” by Jibe in 2016. He has also recently written a book called “The Power of the People: learn how successful organisations use workforce analytics to improve business performance”

The combination of Alderbrooke’s expertise in behavioural and cultural analysis and Jonathan’s deep understanding of the market will enhance the firm’s already powerful predictive analytics capability. Alderbrooke’s ‘CultureScope’ tool analyses individual and corporate behaviour to measure, understand and improve culture, an industry-leading platform used by many large financial services firms.
