Adbrain, a leading data intelligence company today announces a strategic investment round of $7.5m. Existing investors Notion Capital and Octopus Ventures are joined by Cisco Investments in this latest round, which will enable Adbrain to further increase its international scale, and solidify its position as a global provider of digital identity solutions for marketers and their partners. The company also announced the appointment of Jason Atlas as Chief Technology Officer responsible for leading Adbrain’s technology strategy and driving engineering excellence.
The new investment round will enable Adbrain to further capitalize on its position as a leader in digital identity in the UK, US and internationally, where smart marketers are striving to maintain control of the customer journey and deepen their customer relationships. New product innovation is a key area of focus for Adbrain, whose digital identity solutions enable marketers to understand and engage 1:1 with their customer across any device, channel and platform, including offline to online, and connected television. The funding will also drive further international expansion.

With the appointment of Jason Atlas, Adbrain further strengthens its global leadership team. Jason brings more than 20 years of technology leadership experience and has deep specialization in data science and big data technology which will serve to ensure the ongoing alignment of Adbrain’s commercial and technology interests. Jason has previously held technology leadership positions spanning big data, security and identity at Microsoft, Bloomberg, and start-ups such as Internet Identity.
